Los Doctores Cubanos sells dermatologist-formulated cosmetic products for external use. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Subscriptions

Our subscription program automatically delivers your selected products on a recurring 60-day cycle at the subscription price. You may skip, pause, or cancel anytime through your account before your next renewal date. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method on each renewal.

Shipping

Shipping terms, delivery times, and regional restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund process is governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before placing an order. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy controls.
