Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in every product you order from Los Doctores Cubanos. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. Requests received after this 14-day window cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and unopened, with the original seal intact
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code
• Gift cards
• Free gifts or bonus items
• Bundle items separated from their original bundle

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@losdoctorescubanos.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Items shipped back without a return authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund (less the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@losdoctorescubanos.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right at no additional cost to you — including waiving the return shipping and restocking fee.

Subscription Cancellations

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account before your next renewal date. Charges already processed for shipped subscription orders follow the standard return policy above.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different product is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
