Shipping Policy

We're proud to ship your dermatologist-formulated routine right to your door — quickly, reliably, and at a flat, fair rate.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.), APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Subscription renewals are processed automatically on your scheduled cycle.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days after processing for orders within the contiguous 48 states. Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 for any order under $99.

Free standard shipping on every order over $99. The Hair Repair Max Bundle and active subscriptions automatically qualify.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking from your account at any time.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping date at support@losdoctorescubanos.com and we'll make it right.
